Full-stack developer. Founder & CEO of Ragotech. I build and operate the software that moves real businesses.
AI finance assistant built for Latin America: log income and expenses by chat, build budgets and savings goals, and pay through local rails — Pago Móvil, bank transfer, USDT, Zelle — as well as cards. Ships with its own back office for customers, billing and rates.
Tax-practice management for accounting firms and their clients: return workflows, e-filing, document e-signatures, a secure upload portal and billing. Multi-tenant, with the seven-year retention the IRS requires.
Purpose-built ERP for construction companies: payroll and HR, client and job-site CRM, purchasing and inventory, invoicing and finance, with department-level permissions. Includes a mobile app so crews can clock hours and pull up their pay stubs.
Online raffle ticket platform: a public site where customers register and buy, plus an admin panel for draws, payments, exchange rates and reporting. Live since its first raffle in December 2024.
Management system for small and mid-sized businesses: point of sale, inventory, purchasing and accounts receivable/payable, with USD/VES multi-currency support for de facto dollarized economies.
My own harness, built to show how far a well-made one reaches: it covers the full case lifecycle for personal-injury firms — the intake call, notifying the attorneys, assigning the nearest medical center, tracking treatment, and flagging when a client needs attention. It runs on small models, picked so it never demands expensive hardware.
Coordination for search-and-rescue teams during the 2026 Venezuela earthquake. Field reports arrive over Telegram, AI structures them and flags duplicates, and everything lands on a live map with a resource heatmap. The final call always stays with the human coordinator.
Case management for personal-injury law firms: client intake, case file, signed documentation, medical providers and settlement finances. Built on a stack already proven in production, carried over from the accounting domain into the legal one.
Online raffle and lottery platform for operators in the Latin American market. Players buy tickets and manage their wallet from the web; the operator runs draws, payment verification, payouts and support from a dedicated dashboard.
Scheduling, session packages and billing for a wellness spa. Staff manage clients, availability and payments — cash or card — from the admin panel, while each client books appointments and checks their balance from their own portal.
Online raffle platform with a public site for signup and purchase, transactional email for tickets and winners, and a dashboard where the organizer manages raffles, clients, tickets and payments.
Phone and chat front door that captures and qualifies leads for personal-injury law firms. It runs on small, locally hosted language models to cut cost per conversation, and the compliance rules — TCPA, unauthorized practice of law — live in code rather than in the model’s judgment.
Conversational assistant that researches the web through a self-hosted search engine and answers questions about a codebase. It always cites verified sources, and the changes it proposes are only applied on the user’s explicit approval.
Web lab for seeing how a language model actually works: you train a tiny model on your own machine, compare it live against commercial models, and watch a real agent system operate in real time. Every chart and animation is hand-built, no third-party libraries.
Free app for documenting a traffic accident: it walks the driver through photographing the scene, estimating damage and putting the report together, with a referral and rewards program.
Service that publishes Venezuela’s official USD/VES central-bank exchange rate as a REST API, with key authentication and rate limiting, so other systems can consume it without building their own scraper.
Turns a portrait into a navigable 3D scene inside the browser and exports it as a point cloud. Depth estimation runs on the device itself — the image never leaves it.
Base site template for service businesses, with hero, services, portfolio, reviews and contact already solved. It is the starting point for client landing pages, so the same structure never gets rebuilt from scratch.
My own work and Ragotech's. The full track record — jobs and clients — sits just below.
A client since February 2024, and the longest relationship still open. A custom CRM for personal injury, built end to end: 70+ tables, RingCentral integration and reporting. The latest thing shipped is a harness that organizes and verifies report data, handles calls and summarizes them.
Home delivery app for groceries: supermarket and pharmacy orders brought to your door. Mobile and web front end in Flutter. Venezuelan startup, remote work.
Veterinary tracking app for pets, mobile and web with Flutter: clinical history, check-ups and care reminders for each animal. Development stopped when the company shut down.
This is where it started, as an in-house developer. Gonavi is a logistics and transport company in La Guaira; G-Network, the telecom operator that grew out of it. Apps for the operation itself and for its staff, with mobile development as my strong suit.
Jobs and clients across five different operations: logistics, telecom, veterinary, delivery and legal. References available on request.

A custom project, a full-time role or contract reinforcement — all three interest me. My focus right now is AI inside company systems — harnesses, local models, data and processes — on top of 6 years of full-stack work in production. Write to ceo@ragotech.com and I reply within 24 hours.
